Gwynn Watt – Artist
Gwynn came to art late in life. She did a year’s painting course with the Open College of Art in 1992 and went on to paint in acrylics with some work in ink and pencil. She particularly enjoyed painting places she had visited and exhibited on occasion. Her artistic work ended in 2000 with the sad loss of her husband.Gwynn was inspired to pick up her pencils again after visiting the 2016 Billericay Art Trail at which her daughter Jane exhibited. Gwynn is 79 and shows that it is never too late to start enjoying and creating art.
